- Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time

Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments facilitating rotations through different fresh areas and managing member needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations ensuring compliance with quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with associates and third parties ensuring the team has necessary resources and training
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan for sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring appropriate staffing and accurate compliance
- Teach and train the team by identifying training needs and encouraging career growth
- Demonstrate and support compliance with company policies and ethical standards
