  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with associates and management
  • Willingness to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments facilitating rotations through different fresh areas and managing member needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations ensuring compliance with quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties ensuring the team has necessary resources and training
  • Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan for sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
  • Drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring appropriate staffing and accurate compliance
  • Teach and train the team by identifying training needs and encouraging career growth
  • Demonstrate and support compliance with company policies and ethical standards
