  • 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team

  • Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

Job Duties

  • Supervise team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie by facilitating rotations and managing member needs
  • Communicate department goals and execute company programs while adhering to policies
  • Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring quality, inventory, production, sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage seasonality, new products, recipes, and production priorities
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training
  • Leverage digital tools for sales planning, improving member experience, and associate engagement
  • Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, appropriate staffing, compliance, and merchandise production
  • Teach and train team, identify training needs, encourage career growth, and source new talent
  • Develop and implement processes by collaborating with managers and partners to address improvements
  • Promote company policies, ethics, and integrity
  • Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, providing support, and modeling adaptability
