Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or food service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to production schedules
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology for inventory and quality management
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Passion for fresh food and customer service
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Prepare food according to item specifications and recipes
- Ensure shelves are clean and maintain temperature control
- Verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food items, including rotisserie chicken
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Use digital tools to manage production, training, and product quality
- Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness
- Handle claims and returns according to company policies
- Assist customers with bakery orders and general inquiries
- Drive performance of the prepared foods area with attention to quality and waste reduction
- Communicate effectively with team members and members
- Adapt to changing business needs and schedules
- Comply with all food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
