This job opportunity is offered at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to run the restaurant, but all employment decisions and responsibilities rest solely with the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not partake in hiring, firing, supervising, staffing, or scheduling employees in this restaurant. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to follow food safety standards
- able to perform food preparation duties
- good physical stamina
- able to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- capable of standing for extended periods
- customer service experience is a plus
