Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a culinary or food preparation role
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a cold station cook or similar culinary role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to prepare a variety of cold dishes and desserts
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • maintain clean, sanitized, and safe work environment
  • collaborate with kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • manage time efficiently to meet demand and quality standards
