Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask

  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a full-service restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Passion for cooking and great food
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of kitchen work

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Display showmanship and interact positively with guests in the display kitchens
  • Assist with daily prep work including cutting, chopping, and portioning food items
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
