Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Ability to operate commercial dish machine safely
- Ability to manage safe use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing

Job Duties
- Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines
- Prepares food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
- Restocks all items as needed throughout shift
- Cleans and maintains station practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills
- Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
- Assists with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
- Safely operates commercial dish machine
- Manages safe use of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
- Moves effortlessly between active cook lines to restock
- Completes cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by Chef or Kitchen Manager
