Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in a kitchen environment
- ability to produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of basic baking and dessert production
- proficiency in knife skills
- understanding and adherence to sanitary practices
- ability to maintain proper grooming and dress code standards
- ability to travel to and from work in a timely manner
- capable of lifting 40 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, stoop, and reach constantly during shifts
- availability to work irregular hours including nights and weekends from mid-September through April or possibly May

Job Duties
- Assists in the preparation of cut vegetables, salad prep, and hot/cold sauces
- production of baked goods and a variety of desserts
- always maintains an organized sanitary workstation
- properly label and date food items for storage
- uses cutlery, kitchen equipment, and machinery
- assists in the delivery of prepped food items to a variety of locations throughout the arena
- assists with truck deliveries, and proper stock rotation
- minimizes waste by following established production techniques
- follows approved recipes and production standards
- other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or the Director of Food & Beverage
