Job Duties
- Receive and check quality of produce and food goods
- wash vegetables thoroughly
- cut vegetables to standard sizes
- prepare produce according to Din Tai Fung procedures
- maintain cleanliness of prep area
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- comply with food safety and hygiene standards
