Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Receive and check the quality of produce and food goods
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients according to Din Tai Fung’s standard procedures
- Ensure thorough washing of all produce to meet quality standards
- Familiarize with and adhere to standard cutting sizes for vegetables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- Support kitchen staff by preparing ingredients in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines during food preparation
