Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Receive and check the quality of produce and food goods
  • wash vegetables and other ingredients thoroughly
  • cut vegetables to standard sizes as per company guidelines
  • prepare ingredients following Din Tai Fung procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
