Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or food preparation experience a plus but not required
- ability to stand or walk for long periods (up to 8 hours)
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
- complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- help fellow team members when appropriate
- able to walk or stand 100 percent (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
- maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
