Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- ability to complete ongoing training and certification programs
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- physical ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- ability to work in fast-paced environments with exposure to smoke and cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- Prepare meats, fresh salads, vegetables, dressings, and sides
- handle and portion items accurately and safely
- label, date, rotate, and store all items produced
- ensure all food items meet company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas
- complete ongoing training and certification programs
- work collaboratively with team members
