Delaware North Sportservice is a prominent hospitality and food service company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences across various premier venues. They are currently hiring seasonal Premium Supervisors to join their team at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. Miami Freedom Park is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination scheduled to open in 2026. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine
  • Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
  • Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • No college degree required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
  • Schedule all front of house premium team members for events
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and development of premium team members
  • Review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations
  • Inspect dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
