They are currently hiring seasonal Premium Supervisors to join their team at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and wine
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- No college degree required

Job Duties
- Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
- Schedule all front of house premium team members for events
- Assist with the hiring, training, and development of premium team members
- Review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations
- Inspect dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
