- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event operations preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures preferred
- Experience working in arena or large venue environments preferred
- Basic understanding of alcoholic beverages preferred
Job Duties
- Retrieve food items, beverages, and supplies from kitchen and warehouse facilities as requested
- Assist Premium Services Supervisor with operational needs during events
- Support club attendants and bartenders by ensuring timely delivery of required items
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding inventory needs and special requests
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of food and beverage items to maintain quality standards
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Assist with setup and breakdown of premium service areas as needed
- Respond quickly and efficiently to urgent requests during live events
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with guests and staff
