Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED equivalent required
  • valid state issued driver's license
  • committed to safety in all aspects of work
  • previous experience in the snow sport industry preferred
  • use of snow blowers and snow removal equipment
  • ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • must be able to hear normal conversations in a busy, crowded environment
  • vision must be within normal range to work safely and to read written information
  • must have the dexterity to use all equipment and utensils normally associated with the position

Job Duties

  • Guest safety from arrival to departure
  • daily helicopter pad tasks such as refueling, aircraft support, guest/gear loading and unloading
  • radio dispatch, communication and flight following
  • building maintenance and cleaning as needed
  • snow removal
  • guest transportation
  • ski and snowboard rental setup
  • equipment maintenance
  • product maintenance
  • other duties as assigned
