Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent required
- valid state issued driver's license
- committed to safety in all aspects of work
- previous experience in the snow sport industry preferred
- use of snow blowers and snow removal equipment
- ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- must be able to hear normal conversations in a busy, crowded environment
- vision must be within normal range to work safely and to read written information
- must have the dexterity to use all equipment and utensils normally associated with the position

Job Duties
- Guest safety from arrival to departure
- daily helicopter pad tasks such as refueling, aircraft support, guest/gear loading and unloading
- radio dispatch, communication and flight following
- building maintenance and cleaning as needed
- snow removal
- guest transportation
- ski and snowboard rental setup
- equipment maintenance
- product maintenance
- other duties as assigned
