Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to read, speak and write English
- Must maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
- Must have physical ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in various climate conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
- Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Job Duties
- Washes all china, glass, and silverware
- Cleans all equipment, pots, and pans pre, during, and post-event
- Stores all equipment in proper locations
- Sweeps and mop all floors in the kitchen/office areas
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Practices safe work habits, follows all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, completes company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
- Transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
- Monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs
- Ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- Performs and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility
- Ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner
- Assists with deliveries and stocking storeroom and side stations
- Assists members in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Fulfills the assigned opening and closing duties as assigned by the Chef
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
