Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
  • Must have physical ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in various climate conditions
  • Must be punctual and dependable

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
  • Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
  • Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Job Duties

  • Washes all china, glass, and silverware
  • Cleans all equipment, pots, and pans pre, during, and post-event
  • Stores all equipment in proper locations
  • Sweeps and mop all floors in the kitchen/office areas
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment
  • Practices safe work habits, follows all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, completes company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
  • Transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
  • Monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs
  • Ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
  • Performs and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility
  • Ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner
  • Assists with deliveries and stocking storeroom and side stations
  • Assists members in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Fulfills the assigned opening and closing duties as assigned by the Chef
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
