Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- ability to work evening and night shifts
- weekend availability required
- able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting objects with some assistance
- prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- proven success in school or previous job experience
- strong team player and able to multitask effectively
- solid communication skills
- commitment to great guest service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic problem-solving skills related to equipment malfunctions
Job Duties
- keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom including inside and outside areas
- assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
- perform minor building maintenance as needed
- maintain sanitation standards to ensure a healthy environment
- support team members in daily operational tasks
- manage supplies and restock necessary items
