Job Duties

  • Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and care for guests and food safety through ware washing and facility maintenance duties
  • Work with the kitchen team to keep cookware and storage containers in good condition and returned properly
  • Learn and follow standard operating procedures for sanitation duties and cleaning schedules
  • Partner with kitchen team for teamwork and efficient station turnover and end of shift breakdown
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
