Job Duties
- Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and care for guests and food safety through ware washing and facility maintenance duties
- Work with the kitchen team to keep cookware and storage containers in good condition and returned properly
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures for sanitation duties and cleaning schedules
- Partner with kitchen team for teamwork and efficient station turnover and end of shift breakdown
- Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
