Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related field preferred

- knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment
- knowledge of proper chemical handling
- ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

- ability to perform duties with limited supervision

Job Duties
- check supply levels in storage closets
- complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to the manager
- maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, carts, and caddies
- clean assigned areas using designated checklists ensuring established standards
- complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the Community Association Manager
- monitor and handle residents' complaints by following instant pacification procedures and ensuring satisfaction
- respond to all radio/cell calls promptly
- document pertinent information in the department logbook
- complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving and check with the manager prior to leaving
