Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Must possess personal values that are in alignment with those of the company: excellence, partnership, professionalism, integrity, and life balance
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to be professional in appearance and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Check supply levels in storage closets
- Complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to the manager
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, carts, and caddies
- Clean assigned areas using designated checklists
- Ensure the cleanliness and condition of each area meet established standards
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the Community Association Manager
- Monitor and handle residents' complaints by following instant pacification procedures and ensuring satisfaction
