Job Duties
- Clean and maintain elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, laundry rooms, vacant apartments and offices
- Trim trees and shrubs
- Fertilize, seed and mow lawn
- Sweep and hose sidewalks
- Remove snow and spread salt as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Heavy lifting may be required
