Job Duties
- clean and maintain elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, laundry rooms, vacant apartments and offices, trim trees and shrubs, fertilize, seed and mow lawn, sweep and hose sidewalks, remove snow and spread salt as needed, perform other related duties as assigned, heavy lifting may be required
