Job Requirements
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations of a residential and commercial community
- At least 2-3 years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk several times around the property daily, up to 10 miles
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces
- Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs daily
- Willingness to use various forms of mobility
- Good hearing and visual acuity to detect emergencies
- Physical ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and stoop for long periods
- Ability to use standard maintenance equipment
- Visual skills including color, depth perception, and field vision
Job Qualifications
- Experience with onsite community operations management
- Knowledge of maintenance practices for residential and commercial spaces
- Ability to maintain landscaping and irrigation systems
- Familiarity with service operation systems
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Perform ongoing neighborhood maintenance
- Maintain landscaping and irrigation systems, including identifying leaks and troubleshooting irrigation issues
- Utilize service operation systems and our operating system
- Prioritize and complete maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of property and equipment
- Apply preventative maintenance measures such as seasonal HVAC checkups
- Assist in the preparation of units for new residents
