Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum 1 year previous facilities maintenance or janitorial experience
- ability to handle multiple projects

Job Duties
- clean and maintain cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors and walls
- clean and maintain cleanliness of restrooms including floors, sinks, counters, commodes and fixtures
- clean and maintain cleanliness of elevators and stairwells
- monitor the interior and exterior of the building and grounds during the day to ensure areas are free of debris
- clean and maintain all convenience centers including stocking of coffee and cleaning supplies
- clean glass surfaces periodically to keep free of fingerprints and dirt
- empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms ensuring areas are free of litter
- report broken or dangerous items to facility staff for repair or replacement
- perform other duties as assigned
