Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager (internal) or 3 years managing a service concept (external)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic math
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 10-65 lbs, and drive
  • Must demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic math concepts
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
  • Self-starter with initiative and responsibility
  • Proficient with personal computers and software
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing and ensure talent development
  • Implement training systems and adhere to standards
  • Collaborate with management to execute the Service Profit Chain
  • Create an employee-friendly, clean, safe, and motivating environment
  • Manage restaurant operational performance and ensure guest service excellence
  • Address guest concerns professionally and maintain brand standards
  • Analyze operational and financial reports for trends and improvements
  • Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and profitability
  • Monitor costs, adhere to budget, and protect brand integrity
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards
  • Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to employees
  • Manage conflict and uphold high ethical standards
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
