Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager (internal) or 3 years managing a service concept (external)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic math
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 10-65 lbs, and drive
- Must demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be 18 years or older
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math concepts
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
- Self-starter with initiative and responsibility
- Proficient with personal computers and software
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing and ensure talent development
- Implement training systems and adhere to standards
- Collaborate with management to execute the Service Profit Chain
- Create an employee-friendly, clean, safe, and motivating environment
- Manage restaurant operational performance and ensure guest service excellence
- Address guest concerns professionally and maintain brand standards
- Analyze operational and financial reports for trends and improvements
- Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor costs, adhere to budget, and protect brand integrity
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards
- Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
- Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to employees
- Manage conflict and uphold high ethical standards
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
