Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to walk, stand, and carry trays for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests at their designated pool chairs, daybeds, or tables in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify orders against the original ticket to ensure accuracy and quality before delivering to the guest
  • Assist pool servers with service needs, including clearing tables, replenishing water, and restocking service areas
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, helping maintain a comfortable and enjoyable poolside experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool service areas, including trays, glassware, and dish pick-up
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and pool service staff to ensure smooth order flow and timing
  • Assist with setting up, breaking down, and resetting pool service stations and seating areas
  • Support the pool service team during peak periods or special events
