Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified
- minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time

Job Duties
- Greet and admit members and guests into the outdoor pool
- validate member and guest access through Pool Memberships and Guest Passports
- provide wristbands for junior members and guests
- hand out towels to pool users
- perform basic upkeep and maintenance of the pool deck area
- proactively meet members’ needs and answer questions accurately
- maintain accurate records and assist with account maintenance related to pool access
