Job Requirements

1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs, and stooping

Job Duties

Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties
Support server, bartenders, server assistants, and other FOH team members with washing, drying, polishing, and replenishing service-wares including plates, silverware, glassware, etc
Observe all safety procedures, including following Hogsalt protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions
Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership
Ensure all Hogsalt steps of service not listed above are properly executed
