Job Requirements
- minimum of three years practical experience in relevant trades
- possession of required licenses
- ability to perform heavy physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- capacity to stand walk bend stretch twist and reach for prolonged periods
- ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- willingness to work long hours and in varying indoor outdoor conditions
- fluency in English preferred
- good communication skills
- physical ability to climb stairs and respond quickly in emergencies
Job Qualifications
- practical experience in one or more technical trades such as HVAC refrigeration plumbing electrical
- trade school or related college coursework preferred

- previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
- valid licenses required by the property
- ability to work with tools and maintenance equipment
Job Duties
- perform skilled maintenance and repair for the property including HVAC electrical and plumbing work
- respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies arising during shifts
- assist other departments when needed
- follow the hotel’s established safety and security policies and procedures
- anticipate problems and communicate with management
- maintain the physical plant with minimal disruption
- ensure a safe secure and comfortable environment for guests and coworkers
