Job Requirements
- 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality, restaurant, or culinary management preferred
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- problem-solving skills

- passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences
- food handler certification if applicable
- flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
- coordination of timely food production
- participate in evaluation of food products and kitchen employee performance
- develop selection and pricing strategy of liquors and wines and supervise procurement
- assist General Manager in building financial objectives through budgeting
- execute and improve annual marketing plan
- focus on cost control including cost of sales and payroll
- communicate with management, employees, and accounting staff
- provide training and development for personnel
- perform regular performance evaluations through quarterly check-ins
- implement ongoing training programs
- coordinate cleanliness of restaurant internally and externally
- supervise all non-supervisory service employees
- carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws
- interview, hire, train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and coach employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
