Job Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality, restaurant, or culinary management preferred
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • problem-solving skills
  • organizational ability
  • passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences
  • food handler certification if applicable
  • flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, restaurant, or culinary management preferred
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • organizational skills
  • passion for personalized guest experiences
  • food handler certification if applicable
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of service etiquette and product knowledge

Job Duties

  • Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
  • coordination of timely food production
  • participate in evaluation of food products and kitchen employee performance
  • develop selection and pricing strategy of liquors and wines and supervise procurement
  • assist General Manager in building financial objectives through budgeting
  • execute and improve annual marketing plan
  • focus on cost control including cost of sales and payroll
  • communicate with management, employees, and accounting staff
  • provide training and development for personnel
  • perform regular performance evaluations through quarterly check-ins
  • implement ongoing training programs
  • coordinate cleanliness of restaurant internally and externally
  • supervise all non-supervisory service employees
  • carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws
  • interview, hire, train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and coach employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
