Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory culinary role
  • excellent culinary skills
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational skills
  • food safety certification
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in culinary leadership
  • strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
  • skilled in menu development with focus on local and seasonal ingredients
  • ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
  • experience with cost control and inventory management
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • understanding of food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team to execute at a high level
  • develop and implement creative menus for outlets and catering
  • oversee kitchen operations including procurement, production, preparation and presentation
  • develop recipes and cost controls
  • conduct line checks and create production schedules
  • maintain safe and sanitary work environment conforming to standards and regulations
  • mentor and develop kitchen team
