Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
- ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables
- provide attentive and personalized service to enhance the dining experience
- address any guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work stations
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- adhere to all health and safety standards
