Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
ability to work lunch and dinner shifts thursday through monday
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

Job Qualifications

at least 18 years of age
eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
experience working in a team environment ideally in a culinary setting
knowledge and ability to prep, prepare and present food
knowledgeable in food sanitation guidelines and able to operate kitchen equipment as needed

Job Duties

prepare and serve dynamic entrees under the mentorship of the executive chef
present high-quality food that is appetizing and personalized to residents’ preferences
witness the happiness cooking brings to residents and their guests
ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen
