Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in casino operations or related field
- ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent problem-solving skills
- effective communication skills
- knowledge of gaming industry regulations
- ability to manage and motivate staff
- proficiency with computer software
- physical capability to perform minimal lifting and walking
- ability to work in a busy, smoke-filled environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience in a casino or hospitality environment preferred
- knowledge of Indian gaming regulations and compliance
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle complex and stressful situations
- experience with customer service and promotions coordination
Job Duties
- Coach and train Players Club staff
- schedule shifts and manage staff performance
- prepare and maintain required documentation
- communicate promotions and event details to casino guests
- motivate staff to maximize contributions
- monitor and manage performance objectives
- handle disciplinary actions professionally
- manage requisitions and purchases with manager approval
- problem-solve and make effective decisions
- maintain appropriate department supplies
- perform administrative functions including data management and accounting
- coordinate with Promotions and Events Coordinators for staff training
- perform additional duties as assigned by the Players Club Manager
