Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • knowledge of Indian gaming industry rules and regulations
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in casino customer service or hospitality management
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • knowledge of Indian gaming regulations
  • proficiency with computer software and data management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Coach and train Players Club staff
  • schedule shifts and manage staffing needs
  • monitor and evaluate staff performance
  • prepare and maintain required documentation
  • communicate promotions and event details to casino guests
  • discipline staff professionally when necessary
  • maintain appropriate inventory and supplies for department operations
  • perform administrative tasks including data management and accounting
  • coordinate with Promotions and Events Coordinators
  • assist in monitoring and achieving performance objectives
