Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- knowledge of Indian gaming industry rules and regulations
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Coach and train Players Club staff
- schedule shifts and manage staffing needs
- monitor and evaluate staff performance
- prepare and maintain required documentation
- communicate promotions and event details to casino guests
- discipline staff professionally when necessary
- maintain appropriate inventory and supplies for department operations
- perform administrative tasks including data management and accounting
- coordinate with Promotions and Events Coordinators
- assist in monitoring and achieving performance objectives
