Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work in an environment with constantly elevated temperatures
- Ability to work and move quickly in a tight-space environment safely without disrupting other employees
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent optional
- Minimum of one year experience in a large commercial kitchen operation preferred
- Knowledge of teamwork and Toast POS system
- Ability to read write and speak English to interact with guests the public and coworkers
- Proficient verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with kitchen and front of the house employees
- Extensive knowledge of proper food handling requirements
- Extensive knowledge of food recipes
- Strong knowledge of safe usage of kitchen utensils and equipment
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive high well-balanced energy level throughout the entire shift
- Prepare pizza dough sauces and various toppings
- Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times
- Prepare high-quality pizzas according to the company recipe book
- Manage all food order slips and ensure that customers orders are completed in a timely manner
- Provide exemplary guest service on a consistent basis
- Complete any and all assigned cleaning duties including stocking and organization
