Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
  • ability to operate smoking equipment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • positive attitude and passion for guest service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • execute pit and meat operations and monitor quality of smoked meats
  • manage food quality and ensure adherence to process and procedures
  • maintain safety and sanitation practices
  • manage inventory and minimize food waste in pit/meat area
  • operate smokers proficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • uphold brand excellence through high food quality
