Job Requirements
- valid driver's license for the required vehicle type
- meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- no relocation assistance offered
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- previous delivery driving experience
- strong oral and written communication skills
- commitment to follow all safety procedures
- ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team
- self-starter with initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
- willingness to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and other products between Goodyear locations, customers, and dealers
- maintain customer relationships by building and maintaining customer satisfaction
- assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and related products following safety rules
- complete delivery documentation accurately
- provide service excellence to meet location and customer service goals
- keep equipment documents and maintenance records up to date including DOT logs
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
