Job Requirements
- must have valid driver’s license for the vehicle required for the position
- must be at least 21 years of age
- no relocation offered for this position
- legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- previous delivery driving experience
- strong oral and written communication skills
- commitment to follow safety procedures
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- self-starter willing to take initiative and attend training sessions
Job Duties
- pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires casings and other tire products between Goodyear CTSC locations customers and dealers
- maintain customer relationships including building and maintaining customer satisfaction
- assist with loading and unloading commercial tires casings wheels mounted wheel assemblies and related products while following safety rules and procedures
- complete documentation accurately with each delivery
- provide service excellence to meet the service goals of the location and customers
- keep documents and maintenance records up to date on assigned equipment including DOT logs
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
- perform manual tasks including light and heavy lifting standing bending and squatting for extended periods
