Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- No relocation offered
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Strong oral and written communication ability
- Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work safely
- Ability to work effectively in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment
- Self-starter capable of working without direct supervision
- Willingness to attend appropriate training sessions
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver Goodyear commercial tire and service center products in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, mounted wheel assemblies, and related products following safety rules and procedures
- Complete all necessary documentation related to deliveries
- Provide service excellence to meet service goals of the location and customers
- Keep equipment maintenance records and documents up to date including DOT logs
- Perform manual tasks including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
