Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for position’s vehicle type
- Commercial driver qualification compliance
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- No relocation assistance provided
- Ability to perform manual tasks involving lifting and physical exertion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety procedures
- Self-starter with a willingness to attend training sessions and take initiative
Job Duties
- Handle pickup and delivery of new and retreaded commercial tires and casings between Goodyear locations and customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted wheel assemblies while following safety protocols
- Complete and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service aligning with the company's mission of 'Service Excellence - Always'
- Keep equipment maintenance and documentation, such as DOT logs, up to date
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting throughout the shift as required
