Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license for required vehicle type
- meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- minimum age of 21 years
- legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- no relocation offered
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- previous delivery driving experience
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
- commitment to safety and following procedures
- ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- willingness to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- pick up and deliver commercial tires and related products between service centers, customers, and dealers
- maintain and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- assist with loading and unloading heavy tires, casings, wheels, and assemblies safely
- complete all required delivery documentation accurately and timely
- provide exceptional service aligned with Goodyear's mission of service excellence
- maintain equipment records such as DOT logs up to date
- perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting as required
