Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle
- Meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- No relocation assistance provided
- Commitment to following all safety procedures
- Ability to perform manual physical tasks such as lifting and bending
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
- Self-starter willing to take initiative and work independently
- Willingness to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Pickup and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between Goodyear CTSC locations, customers, and dealers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and assemblies following safety rules
- Complete accurate documentation upon delivery
- Provide excellent customer service reflecting the company’s service goals
- Keep equipment and maintenance records, including DOT logs, up to date
- Perform manual tasks involving lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
