Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type
  • Must meet commercial driver qualification requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
  • No relocation assistance offered
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous delivery driving experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Commitment to safety procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
  • Willingness to attend training sessions

Job Duties

  • Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and other tire products between Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers locations, customers, and dealers
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted wheel assemblies following all safety rules and procedures
  • Complete all required documentation related to deliveries
  • Provide service excellence to meet the service goals of the location and customers
  • Keep documents and maintenance records, such as DOT logs, up to date for assigned equipment
  • Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
