Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- No relocation assistance provided
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Commitment to safety and following procedures
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
- Self-starter with initiative and willingness to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted wheel assemblies between Goodyear locations, customers, and dealers
- Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires and related products while following safety procedures
- Complete all required delivery documentation accurately
- Provide excellent customer service aligned with Goodyear's service goals
- Keep equipment and maintenance records up to date including DOT logs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Execute manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
