Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for the position vehicle
- Meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work without relocation
- Commitment to safety procedures
- Physical ability to handle manual labor tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently
- Willingness to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between company locations, customers, and dealers
- Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted assemblies while following safety procedures
- Complete all required documentation upon delivery
- Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company mission of service excellence
- Keep all equipment documentation and maintenance records updated, including DOT logs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Engage in manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
