Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for the position vehicle
  • Meet commercial driver qualification requirements
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Ability to work without relocation
  • Commitment to safety procedures
  • Physical ability to handle manual labor tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous delivery driving experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to attend training sessions

Job Duties

  • Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between company locations, customers, and dealers
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted assemblies while following safety procedures
  • Complete all required documentation upon delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company mission of service excellence
  • Keep all equipment documentation and maintenance records updated, including DOT logs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Engage in manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
