Job Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license for required vehicle type and meet commercial driver qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- No relocation assistance offered
- Ability to complete manual lifting and physical tasks
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday with some weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to safety procedures and safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with ability to work without direct supervision
- Willingness to attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and other tire products between Goodyear locations, customers, and dealers
- Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted assemblies following safety procedures
- Complete all necessary documentation related to deliveries accurately and on time
- Provide service excellence to help meet location and customer service goals
- Keep equipment maintenance records up to date, including DOT logs
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and squatting as required
- Follow additional duties as assigned by management
