Myers and Naples, offering a prime location just minutes from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The practice is known for its highly personalized approach to primary care, operating on a low-volume Concierge Medicine model that does not accept insurance. Job Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency training in internal medicine or family medicine
- Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine
- Valid Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to work office hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Willingness to join an employed position in a concierge group practice
- Commitment to a low volume, high-quality practice model
Job Qualifications
- Board certified in internal medicine or family medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in Florida
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide comprehensive primary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Experience or interest in concierge medicine preferred
Job Duties
- Provide personalized primary care to a low volume of patients
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Manage chronic and acute conditions with a focus on prevention and wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Educate patients on health management and healthy lifestyle choices
- Participate in practice meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
