Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service while preparing hand-crafted quality beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction
- Make coffee tea and other drinks to customer specifications
- Operate cash registers and credit card machines with accuracy and professionalism
- Address customer questions and complaints promptly to maintain positive relations and ensure speedy beverage delivery
